The breast size and shape depends on the woman’s body, characteristics of heredity, diet, age, and eventually on the geographical factor. Nature does not always give a woman a breast shape she would like to have. In this case, breast enhancement with implants can make a woman's dream to come to.

It is important before the surgery to select the appropriate implant size and shape, the incision for the breast enhancement surgery and cavity – the lodge layers in which the implant is inserted.

If the breasts are sagging and volumetric filling with an implant is insufficient, it is necessary for the performance, and breast enhancements.

Breast enhancement can be done through the incision under the breast, through the armpit incision or the incision in the areola (around the nipple). The lodge for the implant can be formed under the gland, completely or partially under the muscle, partially under the gland (double plan).

Operational risk

Breast enhancement surgery as well as any intervention may have some reaction to the anaesthesia, temporary swelling, a sense of tension, decreased nipple sensitivity. Very rarely, bleeding, wound infection, scar hypertrophy may occur.

Post-operative period

Usually the patient can return to work after 7-10 days, but physical activity should be avoided for about a month.

Results of this procedure are long-term, however, fluctuations in body weight, childbirth and age changes of the body can affect the breast shape.

I have never used defective and unsafe breast implants. I have never used the implants from the French company Poly Implant Prothese. I do not use implants filled with hydrogel. My patients can be absolutely confident about their health.
